I would like to take this opportunity to thank ECOFLO for its exemplary service. I recently had a considerable number of drums filled with impacted soil that needed to be transported and disposed off-site within a 2-day turn around. Two other T&D firms were contacted but were non-responsive and could not agree upon the terms or schedule of the contract. ECOFLO came to the rescue and was able to provide a quote, negotiate terms and conditions, and approve contractual and credit requirements within 2 days of my phone call. But most impressive was that all drums and impacted soil was profiled, manifested, and transported off-site within the 2-day, MDE-imposed, deadline. In addition, ECOFLO’s costs were considerably less than other firms that I have worked with. I have worked with a lot of T&D firms before but I have never experienced such responsiveness, efficiency, and value before. ECOFLO was able to overcome contractual and schedule hurdles that other firms could not address, and in addition, the responsive of the staff, from management to the field staff, was incredible. I want to thank ECOFLO’s entire organization for its responsiveness, efficiency, and value and will be sure to use ECOFLO’s services again in the future.
